Located within a 10 to 15-minute drive to London Bridge, English Village, shopping, groceries. UBER is in service in Havasu.

$1500 excessive cleaning fees as appropriate, eviction and no refunds for violation of house rules.
Please strip any beds you use (sheets, pillow-cases) and of course from any pillows you use. Place all of these items on the floor in the large walk-in closet so not to block the door next to the washer and dryer.
Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher, use the soap pod provided, start dishwasher.
Please let us know when you depart so that we can begin preparing the casita for the next guests.
Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock. The pool and hot tub are available for your use. They are located in the courtyard area shared with the hosts. There is a fence around the courtyard. Although shared with the hosts, the courtyard is has a full privacy fence.
Exterior security cameras on property. All of our security cameras are outside the home. They are located on the back patio, front of the house and side entry to the casita. Disabling any camera is a violation of house rules.
Carbon monoxide detector not required. The host reports one isn’t necessary for this listing—for example, because all appliances are electric and not fueled by gas, oil, kerosene, or wood.
Smoke alarm installed.
Some spaces are shared. Private entrance. The entire casita is private. The patio areas and courtyard are shared with the hosts.
Please understand that ALL guests must be 18 years of age or older (no children or infants). This is for the safety of your children. We prefer to keep the casita pet-free out of respect for our guests and visiting family members with allergies, so we do not allow pets. Of course, it's a completely smoke-free / vape-free environment. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on property (inside or out).
